Earn a limited time adventure!
Did you know that your scout can earn a limited time adventure during the summer months? Just participate in 3 events with your pack during the summer months and you'll earn "Summertime Fun".
We are planning a summer full of opportunities to participate! You can attend council events, district events or pack events. We can attend events in the community as a pack and it counts!
Keep an eye on the calendar and for event updates from us via email and on social media. We are collaborating with other local packs to add more events!
Twilight Camp is a 3 day event for Cub Scouts that is tons of fun and an opportunity to earn multiple adventures!
June Big Break Campfire Program. Members of our pack will be attending the campfire programs at Big Break this summer. If you see us, come say Hello!
June 21 Big Break Summer Solstice
Its hard to hike in the summer months. We'll be planning to attend this walk at Big Break.
Oakley Summerfest! The party of the summer for kids in Oakley! Join us in the parade, details will be sent by email. Party at the event and then stop by our table inside city hall for a quick craft activity. Tell your friends!
Brentwood July 4 Parade!
Meet up with us in the staging area and walk with the Cubs and Scouts from local scouting groups! Happy Independence Day!!!
July 12 Big Break Campfire Program
Members of our pack will be attending the campfire programs at Big Break this summer. If you see us, come say Hello!
July 15 Scouting is Fun and Games. Beat the heat and join us for an indoor game party at the Vet's Hall in Brentwood. We're playing board and card games. Bring a friend to share the fun!
July 26 Pack 152 "Park and Play"
We'll be meeting up at Oakley's Creekside Park on Laurel. Bring a game to play on the grass with friends or a snack to share, we'll see you there!
July 27 Sunday Scoops
Cub Scout Ice Cream Day!! This will be at Callahan's Coffee and Cones in Discovery Bay
Aug 5 Oakley National Night Out
We'll be at Civic Center Park. Come by and say hello. We'll be leading a craft or snack activity. Scouts and friends welcome!
Aug 6 Park and Play and Q&A
We will be meeting up to play with scouts in other packs and their friends.
Aug 9 City of Oakley Fishing Derby
Our city will host a fishing derby that is free for kids. You can register on the city's website. Pack leaders will be there to help your scout earn an adventure loop for fishing.
August 16 Pack Hike, Contra Loma
Our first pack hike of the summer will be on August 16 at Contra Loma. See calendar for details. Scouts don't forget your six essentials!
August 23 Derby Day!
Derby Day is back for the 3rd year in a row! Ride the cubmobiles, race a lego Pinewood Derby car, fly a rocket and build your own Raingutter Regatta boat.
This event is open to bring friends. Parents must sign permission slip for cubmobiles.
"Back to the Pack" at Iron House
August 26 at 6:30 is our first pack meeting of the year. Well be playing games and greeting new scouts.
