Pack 152 hosts an annual Pinewood Derby on the last Friday in January each year at Iron House Elementary school.  We'll be distributing cars in December.  This is a pinnacle event of our scouting year. 

Parents who want to run a car in the "Outlaw Race" can purchase a car from our pack. 

Pinewood Derby "Champ Camp" will be offered for scouts that need help cutting or building a car. This will be Saturday, January 17. 

Pinewood Derby cars are "due" for weigh in at our pack meeting on Tuesday Jan 20, 2026

PARENTS: If you'd like to help us in planning this event, we appreciate your help. A sign up will go out soon!

Snacks will be offered and a Hot Dog Meal will be sold as fundraiser for some of our summer events.

RULES: Can be downloaded here. So the cars can operate on the track and not damage the sensors, the following rules must be observed for weight and dimension. 

The Race begins Friday, January 23 at 6 pm in the MPR at Iron House Elementary!
